We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead follow our Returns Policy.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at enquiries@alhayajab.com with your order number.

Processing Times

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely dispatch. As a result, cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to whether your order has already entered processing or shipment.

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been fulfilled or handed to the courier.

Pre-Order Items

All pre-order items are made or prepared in advance specifically for you.

• Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed
• By placing a pre-order, you agree to the stated production and dispatch timelines

If your pre-order has not yet entered production, we may consider cancellation requests at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.

Combined Orders (Pre-Order + In-Stock)

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items:

• The order will typically be shipped together once all items are ready
• Cancellation of part of the order may not be possible once processing has begun

Refunds on Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 working days for processing

Important Notes

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests where:

• The order has already been processed or shipped
• The item is a pre-order already in production
• There is evidence of repeated or abusive cancellation behaviour
